OPPORTUNITY: Sales Operations Coordinator
LOCATION: Jasper, Indiana
INDUSTRY: Conveyor, Robotics and Material Handling
Results-driven Inside Sales Support professional with 3+ years of experience streamlining sales operations, boosting team efficiency, and fostering long-term client relationships. Proficient in use of CRM, ERP, AI services and Microsoft Office Suite, with a proven track record of ability to efficiently manage order processing along with improving lead conversion rates through proactive follow-up. Skilled in providing comprehensive support to field sales teams, including lead qualification, quote generation, and order status follow-up support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Administration: Data Entry, Data Accuracy, Reporting & Analytics, Scheduling, Process Documentation and other tasks as assigned.
Technology: CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Virtual Meeting Platforms (Zoom, Teams).
Communication: Relationship Building, Professional Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, Negotiation.
Sales Enablement: Order Processing, Lead Qualification and Tracking, Pipeline Management, Cold/Warm Calling.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Sales Operations Coordinator should be capable of supporting a team of 10+ Field Sales Executives.
Ability to manage the end-to-end order process in CRM and ERP system, ensuring 100% accuracy in customer details and pricing.
Generate and follow up on vendor Purchase orders to include arranging shipping.
Maintained CRM (Monday) data hygiene, including updating contacts, tracking opportunities, and running weekly sales reports.
Provided high-level customer service, through pro-active status tracking, resolving inquiries and complaints via email and phone within 24 hours.
