OPPORTUNITY: ENGINEERING INTERN
LOCATION: Jasper, Indiana
INDUSTRY: Conveyor, Robotics and Material Handling
Stac Material Handling is seeking a motivated Engineering/Project Management Summer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the design and execution of complex material handling systems. This internship offers full immersion in the world of industrial conveyor system design and project execution, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Application Engineers.
INTERNS WILL ASSIST WITH:
Collecting and organizing project data
Preparing project management documentation
Tracking ship dates, lead times, and engineering schedules
Supporting project scheduling and coordination
Assisting in the development of standard work and various internal processes
Exposure to the design, development, and installation of conveyor systems
Learning about mechanical systems, electrical installations, controls, integration, and industrial engineering
Intern will also help explore and implement cutting-edge AI tools for the material handling industry, interacting with AI platforms and applications throughout the internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in automation, system integration, and industrial engineering while working on liveprojects.
